A special meeting was called to amend resolution # 082008.9 regarding a special use permit issued to Richard Bowers to allow site at property locally known as 55 Lock Street to be utilized as a drive thru express lube with maintenance service
Mayor Michael W. Tucker called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
The following Common Council members answered the roll call:
Aldermen Kibler, Alexander, McKenzie, Schrader, and Lombardi.
Absent: Alderman Pasceri.
MOTIONS & RESOLUTIONS

By Alderman Lombardi:
Resolved, that the Rules and Orders of the Common Council be and the same are hereby waived for this meeting.
Seconded by Alderman Schrader and adopted. Ayes 5.
091208.2
By Alderman Lombardi:
Resolved, that resolution #082008.9 authorizing a special use permit to allow site at 55 Lock Street situated in a B-5 Zone to operate as a drive-thru express lube with maintenance service, be and the same is hereby amended by deleting the following language from the stipulations placed upon the special use permit:
“Make building drive-thru front and back”
Seconded by Alderman Kibler and adopted. Ayes 5.

At 4:04 P.M. Alderman Lombardi moved the Common Council be adjourned.
Seconded by Alderman Kibler and adopted. Ayes 5.
