The Mayor called a special meeting for the purpose of amending resolution # 091708.5
setting the public hearing date on the proposed 2009 City Tax Budget.
Mayor Michael W. Tucker called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
The following Common Council members answered the roll call:
Aldermen Kibler, Pasceri, Alexander, McKenzie, Schrader, and Lombardi.

By Alderman Lombardi:
Resolved, that the Rules and Orders of the Common Council be and the same are hereby waived for this meeting.
Seconded by Alderman Kibler and adopted. Ayes 6.

By Alderman Lombardi:
Resolved, that resolution #091708.5 setting a public hearing date of Monday, October 6, 2008 for the purpose of allowing citizens to be heard relative to the proposed 2009 City Tax Budget be and the same is hereby amended to read Tuesday, October 7, 2008 starting at 6:00 p.m.
Seconded by Alderman Kibler and adopted. Ayes 6.

At 6:11P.M. Alderman Schrader moved the Common Council be adjourned.
Seconded by Alderman Pasceri and adopted. Ayes 6.
