ZONING BOARD of APPEALS
SPECIAL W AL-MART MEETING
January 11,2007



PRESENT: Charles Dahlquist

Larry Haseley
Tim Lederhaus
Paul Siejak, Chairman
Michael Bartus, Alternate

ALSO PRESENT: Michael Brown, Deputy Building Inspector
Dan Seaman, Attorney
Jane Trombley, Secretary

ABSENT: Prank Loiars


The Special Wal-Mart Zoning Board of Appeals meeting was called to order at 11 :00 am by Chairman Siejak who then led the Pledge of Allegiance. Chairman Siejak welcomed everyone and stated the site plan review has not been received from the Planning Board yet and the Public
Hearing remains open.

MOTION made by Member Haseley, seconded by Member Dahlquist to adjourn the Public Hearing to a date to be determined. 4 Ayes, 0 Nays, Carried.

MOTION made by Member Haseley, seconded by Member Dahlquist to go to Executive Session for the purpose of consulting with the Zoning Board attorney and to discuss pending and proposed litigation. 4 Ayes, 0 Nays, Carried.

MOTION made by Member Haseley, seconded by Member Lederhaus to come out of Executive Session. 4 Ayes, 0 Nays, Carried.

Chairman Siejak stated the next Zoning Board of Appeals meeting would be held January 23, 2007 at 7:30 pm.

MOTION made by Member Lederhaus, seconded by Member Dahlquist to adjourn the Special Wal-Mart meeting at 11 :20 am. 4 Ayes, 0 Nays, Carried.
