A special meeting was called to authorize emergency repair of Summitt Street 24” waterline.

Mayor Michael W. Tucker called the meeting to order.

ROLL CALL

The following Common Council members answered the roll call:

Aldermen Kibler, Pasceri, Alexander, McKenzie, Schrader, and Lombardi.

MOTIONS & RESOLUTIONS

By Alderman Kibler:
Resolved, that the Rules and Orders of the Common Council be and the same are hereby waived for this meeting.
Seconded by Alderman McKenzie and adopted. Ayes 6.

By Alderman Schrader:
Resolved, that the Director of Engineering, pursuant to General Municipal Law §103, paragraph 4, is hereby authorized and directed to take the necessary steps to effect the repair of the 24 inch waterline on Summit Street just west of the Water Filtration Plant. Cost of same is not to exceed $20,000 and to be charged to Capital Cash account #004-0520-0068.
Seconded by Alderman Pasceri and adopted. Ayes 6.

At 5:13 P.M. Alderman Kibler moved the Common Council be adjourned until 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 6, 2008.
Seconded by Alderman Alexander and adopted. Ayes 6.
