Juvenile Bureau
Detectives Salvatore Licata and Warren Hale are assigned to the Juvenile Division. Their job is to investigate all crimes that involve persons under the age of 16 years.

The Juvenile Offices are located within City Hall separate from the police department complex. This affords parents and juveniles a more comfortable and private atmosphere in which to talk to the Detectives.

Additional duties of the Juvenile Detectives are:

• Investigation of all sex crimes.
• Maintaining the files on stolen and recovered bicycles.
• Make regular visits to the area schools working with the principlas and their staff.
• School fingerprinting program.
• School appearances for presentation on school safety, bicycle safety and related issues.
• Serving of family court warrants.
• Assisting of school officials in locating students missing school with no excuses.
