113-7 Garbage Collection Procedure:
No containers, receptacles,
bags, bundles or other materials shall be placed at the curb
for collection more than 24 hours prior to the regularly scheduled
collection date.

Taxes are mailed on the following schedule:
January - General City Tax
March - Niagara County Tax
September - School District Tax
Youths 16 years of age and younger are not
allowed to loiter on City streets between the hours of 11:00pm
and 6:00am.
Leash Law: No dog is allowed to run at large.
Animal waste must be disposed of in a safe and healthy manner.
No Parking allowed on City streets between
2:00am and 6:00am.
Maintenance: Lawns, vacant lots and business
properties must be maintained properly.
Snow Removal: Snow must be removed by 5:00pm
from your sidewalks.
