Clinic registration is required — Walk-ins will NOT be accepted

The Niagara County Department of Health has posted rabies clinics scheduled in the area from April to December 2025.

Cat and dog owners are asked to bring proof of previous rabies vaccinations in order to receive a certificate valid for 3 years.

Pet owners without proof of vaccination will receive a certificate only valid for 1 year.

Ferrets need annual vaccinations regardless of previous vaccinations.

By law, all pets must be vaccinated by 4 months of age.

All animals must be properly restrained – cats and ferrets must be in a box or carrier and dogs must be leashed.

Appointments can be made at niagaracounty.gov/rabiesclinic or scan the QR code on the attachment.

Appointments will be made at the online registration link that will be available at 9 am on the first business day of the week of each scheduled clinic.
