REGISTER NOW: September 2024 Free Rabies Immunization Clinic

The Niagara County Department of Health will conduct free Rabies Immunization Clinic at the Town of Lockport’s Town Hall. Saturday, September 14 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. in the Town of Lockport’s Highway Department parking lot, 6560 Dysinger Rd.

Pre-Registration for Rabies Clinic in now MANDATORY, and registration will be available 9 a.m. on Monday, September 9.

BOTH STEPS MUST BE COMPLETED TO REGISTER

STEP 1:

• Click on link to secure a time slot for the animal(s) you will be bringing: www.health.ny.gov/go2Clinic/32 
• Fill out the owner and animal information; this MUST be completed for EACH animal visiting the clinic at the appointment time you selected.

BY SUBMITTING THE ONLINE FORM, THE OWNER CONSENTS TO THEIR ANIMAL RECEIVING A RABIES VACCINATION.
