Medicare Open Enrollment Period is October 15 through December 7, 2024
This event will be held in collaboration with the Dale Association and the Niagara County Office of the Aging.
It will be an informational, open forum setting. You will receive information regarding the changes to Medicare, the Medicare Health Plans, Medicare Part D, NYS EPIC, and “Extra Help” and the Low Income Subsidy program.
Attendees will be able to meet one on one with various representatives and providers.
Turning 65? Your initial enrollment period for Medicare Part A & B is based on the month in which your turn 65. It begins three months before your birth month and extends until three months after your birth month. Example: If you are born on June 18, 1960, your initial enrollment period is from March 1, 2024, until September 30, 2025.
Anyone approaching the age of 65 is encouraged to attend. Medicare can be extremely confusing, and knowledge is power!
